This inverter works well for 1200W Bose speakers set. It also works running a small vacuum cleaner to vacuum out the car, a portable refrigerator, outside fans, a blender (yes a blender), two laptop computers, and a power drill and saw. Obviously each item except the computers were ran separately, but the inverter never failed.Please NEVER plug the inverter into your cars lighter/Aux socket.It will blow the fuses in your car without a doubt.I can enjoy the music when I drive. Easy to install but should come with longer leads

Only had a single deep cycle battery hooked to it and it ran a 500 watt light, 1000 watt heater and a 1500 heater without a hickup. Also, ran a 1200 watt vacuum no problem. Keeping fingers crossed this one will last.

After it failed, I hooked up a generator and confirmed the load it had been driving was under 10 amps. By failed I mean it made a bad smell and had smoke traces on the PCB when I opened it. A blown fuse or tripping an overload protection would have been okay but this was just a hard failure of one of the power semicondutors.Not good. Too much time passed between when I bought it and when I first used it to get any customer service.Avoid.

What can I say? Works great, no complaints. Has run an ac pump and an air compressor no sweat.
