This flash is great for a starter flash. Most people saying it “isn’t compatible with Canon” don’t understand how flashes work. They are probably too cheap to spend the money on a HSS flash. This flash gets the job done and I love that it has the ability to be used off camera. Love it and would recommend. I wish people would be required to take an IQ exam before writing reviews.

After testing since the time of purchase, I finally approve it.I would prefer a little more powerful output, but for this set of features and price, this is probably the best choice. The best thing is radio-controlled sync and the possibility to keep the flash near the object and take pictures from any position is priceless. The size of the sync unit could be smaller — I had to purchase a special workaround rig to fit it in the frame. The unit is very lightweight, which is very handy in the field, especially in the off-axis positions. The control is convenient. Everything is manual, but this is exactly what I need. Good battery life and capacity (number of flashes per charge is good). Easy to modify light.

Easy to use, color matched all my equipment adjustable head can swivel and tilt. There isn’t any issues with it at all I would highly recommend it for anyone who is starting out in photography!

I love this flash I have only used it twice so far but I haven’t had any real problems. I definitely think it’s a great starter flash .

This is a great flash kit for the price. Just used it on an indoor photo session and it did wonders. Thinking about buying a second one.

This unit will not work with Canon Cameras. Can only use on Canon if shutter speed is set to 1/200. Any higher and you get an image that is overexposed on top and under exposed on the bottom. OKAY for slave fill flash, that is all.

Product would have been 5/5 if I didn’t have to do so much research to figure out how to get It to work. I’m a beginner and saw this was great for people starting out. But there’s no manual so I’m searching through YouTube and google to find one and figure out how to use It. Really wish a $60 purchase came with some sort of explanation/direction.

So I'm not sure if this flash just isn't compatible with Canon or what's going on, but none of my pictures came out right. Either the flash didn't work or they came out like these pictures. I messed with everything I could think of and nothing helped. The instructions for the flash were also clearly made by someone who isn't a native English speaker (or good at typing lol)
