I ordered these, since I'm out of the Trader ...
I ordered these, since I'm out of the Trader Joe's Lady Fingers (only available during Christmas time). They're slimmer and slightly longer than the TJ version. Took considerably more because of the shape. For the price, I will be looking elsewhere, but as far as taste, my tiramisu had no complaints!

Very crunchy, small, hard but tasty
I can say that I prefer Italian lady fingers as they are easier to make tiramisu with. These were so hard that I was afraid I was going to break a tooth on them. I put them in fruit and yogurt and puddings and they seemed to get softer and easier to eat after a few hours.

For me, these are PERFECT for Tiramisu!!
In contrast to the other review I saw for these Lady Fingers, I found them to be ideal for Tiramisu. My recipe calls for the Lady Fingers to be dipped into an espresso/Marsala mixture. If the Lady Fingers are too spongy, they soak up tons of the liquid, and have no real texture in the final product (not to mention overwhelming it with the coffee/liquor flavor).Crisper Lady Finger are ideal, and make it much easier to control how much liquid is absorbed. I'll be buying these again!

Almost didn't make it
I bought these for a tiramisu, but they taste so good I was eating them before I even a chance to put the tiramisu together. They work great for this dessert because the cookies are crunchy and not soft and cake-like, which allowed me to control how much liquid went into this dish and how soft I wanted everything to be. I love them because I was able to maintain a certain amount of texture and it didn't taste like a coffee pudding.

These are yummy snacks, but they did not work for the purpose I puchased them. They were the wrong consistency for trifles.

Disappointed.
These are very hard and dry. I wanted them to eat with strawberries and thought they would be softer. I will try them dipped in hot coffee and use them that way but will not order again. Thanks.

I Couldn't Use These for My Tiramisu Recipe
They taste fine, but they are hard. I bought them for a tiramisu recipe, which requires the soft type. So beware.
