This kit is not as intricate and detailed as the MG blue and red frame! But boy was it a great build and quick at that. Looks great with the other astrays! Hope in the future we get a TRUE MG.

Good kit for its age

This gundam has so many thing going on it's hard to pick a place to begin! first off the overall quality of the plastic is better than any other gundam out there (athough I'm not certian about perfect grades) so upon completion it has a nice durable feel. the gold chrome was in perfect condition when I opend the bags with the runners inside. also with the gold peices, most of the runner connections are offset so when you cut them out you don't ruin the finish on the completed model. the black plastic is made out of a nice durable high gloss plastic that contrasts with the shiny gold beautifuly. Another neat feature is that you get enough peices to build an Astray arm for the right side instead of the blitz gundam arm shown in the picture, however , you need to supply extra poly caps if you want to have the astray and blitz gundam arms assembled at the same time. other than that the kit goes togeter smoothly and all the joints are nice and tight (thanks to the gold finish that adds a very much needed thickness to the joint connections) So if gold is your thing or just need somthing to stand out in your collection I highly recomend you pick this guy up.

This kit is a non-"grade" kit of an interesting gundam from a manga series based on Gundam Seed/Seed Destiny. I find the subject interesting. I built it up and it builds pretty well. My personal suggestion to other builders is to smooth and sand and fill as much as you can before assembly (my usual procedure is to build the kit in entirety and then separate parts back out once any gaps, fit, sprue tabs are cleaned up) and when I tried to disassemble the "shield"with the spear-like parts in it, the peg broke off entirely and I was unable to repair the damage to my satisfaction, the fit in some cases is a bit too tight, not necessarily a bad thing unless you build like I do, but still a pretty nice kit for a non-grade kit.

For an NG (No Grade 1/100) kit, it really shines (and I'm not talking about the high gloss finish). It looks great on the shelf next to Red Frame Kai and Blue Frame 2nd

While building it was mostly easy, I'll alert you to runner B having some arm parts that you need to use something much thinner that model snips to cut them free, or you will snap them 100% of the time. There just isn't enough room to liberate it otherwise.

Overall it's good gunpla it's no grade but lot of details and looks good when your finished making it.

very nice, I like it, It is what I expect. The quality is very good. ^_^ I like it .

the item itself was good quality and appeared to be unused and original. however, the box is missing the outer plastic wrapping, which might indicate that it's a used item. seller is kind and responsive. They allowed me the opportunity to return the item without penalty, and I decided to keep it as it is still good quality.

Great gunpla kit. Cheap and fun to build.
