Here we go, PROS; Delivered on time. Took 30 minutes from the time the guy delivered it to my front door for me to get it unboxed, wheeled/dragged in and set up. Plug 2 hoses together, tighten 4 bolts, plug it in, that easy. First thing I noticed once I sat in it was that there were no airbags for upper arms and sides of thighs like the chair I sat in at a resort once. But ok, so I decided to check out the automatic setting #1 first. Not bad! Then I tried the #2 auto setting and it was great. Then #3 and then #4. By the time I got to the 4th setting I had been in the chair for 40 minutes lol! All I can say is #4 auto setting is my favorite hands down, from the way it pulls your legs down and straightens/stretches on your body/spine while compressing your calfs and feet/hands/forearms to the L-track roll design and the heater for the back. This thing does the back and sides of your neck like no woman could. Does true zero G in 3 different stages and you can adjust your leg tilt in any stage. Really like the options of just using one feature at a time in manual mode, made this one chair feel like 5 or 6 different chairs. For instance, after a few hours on day one my back had been tenderized into submission but I wanted to still get a leg and foot massage, and BAM! Just like that in manual mode I can turn on just the leg and feet compression massage while tilting myself into any angle of zero g. If you just want a butt massage, BAM!! You get the idea.. After playing in manual mode for a bit I then realized how awesome the automatic modes are because its like someones holding the controller pressing all kinds of buttons for you, Its a smart chair Ill say that much. I went for a drive in my truck shortly after I finished playing w this chair. I had to drive for 30 minutes to my destination (work). Even tho I was in my truck seat driving, I could still feel this massage chair as if I was still sitting in it until about 2 hours after I climbed out of it and was back at work! The massage it gives you lasts hours after you get out of the chair, not even joking. I also realized why there is no side air bags on thighs is because you dont need them w an L track design! This thing does such a great butt massage w the rollers, they arent needed. Im giving this chair 5 stars because it is amazing, Its built from heavy duty steel and durable(soft/smooth) leather like PU Its closest competition cost $3,000, but mostly because of the highest out of box warranty of 10 years on frame and 5 years on electronics!!! Anyone that stands that long behind their product really are true believers in what they do, and they delivered a precision instrument in massage health care that I know I will be enjoying worry free until 2020!!(how can you even put a price on that! lol) Its AWESOME AND I LOOOOOVE IT!!! I bought this chair because I have neck and shoulder pain. My husband has back pain. I use this every day, sometimes for an hour at a time. I did overdo it at first, using the heat but found out that isn't always best, so now I may only use the heat part of the times. Otherwise, this has a GREAT neck and shoulders massage, as well as all along the spine and your buttocks. Fits in nicely, even when in reclining mode. We live in a mobile home, so space is limited. My only wish is that there were unlimited variable adjustments for the reclining position, which there is not.Some other reviewers mentioned that the foot massage hurt. I don't find the pressure of the rollers to be too painful, but there is a lot of pressure on both sides of the feet from the air bags, and that is too much for my bunioned feet, so I just leave my feet outside of the foot area, and all is well. I also have been able to reduce my number of visits to the chiropractor by about 2/3.

The only complaint I have is that the arm rest were 2" higher but as I'm writing this I'm relaxing in this as I post. My wife's complaint is where I put it in the bedroom. Now as for the minor details outta the way I love this chair Not only did it show before arrival date but moved by myself and easy to put together. I stay hunched over all day at work n sit in a chair not really moving. This chair helps if my legs are restless at the end of the night. It was a little more than I was planning on paying by the one review it had had sold me. Highly worth the money I paid for. Ps the wife loves the chair now too

I agree with prior reviews with the legs and feet being a bit extreme but overall the chair is great.. I've had multiple surgeries to my back and other areas after an accident and it really hits some spots the therapists missed.. As for the feet and legs, it kinda hurts after a while and I have to slip my legs out sometimes, but then it squeezes on my calves and heels which feels great.. So I just switch in and out to get both done during the program.. I'm 40 and enjoy program 4 the most.. It's only 2 Days old, so I'll revise as needed.. New game chair? Check!
