This gun has what I need! Had knee surgery 2.5 months ago and this is a game changer!I might have to exchange it though due to the LED display piece is lifting off right out of the box. Might try to glue it myself as I don’t want to wait for the replacement! Also, it’s so quiet you can’t tell it’s running in the same room. But when I use the heated attachment (which is magical!) it’s very loud.Overall, if it didn’t have the defective display I’d give it 5 stars. Had to knock one off for quality.

I know I am not the only customer who spends to much time searching for the right product, then price, then check reviews before I purchase. This was no different. The massager I ordered had very specific functions that I was looking for and the one I was sent is similar. However, it’s the wrong model. It doesn’t have the heating option. At all. Which is the main reason I placed the order for this one.Highly disappointed and will be contacting the seller. Will change review according to resolution.* 3.14.2023 * UPDATE! *So I requested a replacement through the company. Explained in the form what happened with the exact model etc… it wasn’t until after that when I learned that particular massager was only $40!!! Well within 24 hours they shipped out another order and had it to me within a day!! Everything works. And I’ve posted updated photos. Tysm! My partner is fully satisfied and says it’s one of the best ones he’s tried. And he’s tried alot!!

I bought this in Feb. 2023 and it’s now July 2023. My massage gun will not charge. I have tried different wall blocks and power strips. The heated attachment broke within 2 weeks of my purchase. My last massage gun (different brand) lasted me 3-5 years.

I have bought two of these massagers and neither one of them will charge past 10%. I am about to return the second of these and see if I can find a gun that works. Overall I was very disappointed with this item.

The silicone on the Sync Living handle is actually quite slippery to me. It has a powdery finish that my palm can’t grip well. This the first massager I’ve tried with a heated head. It works okay, but seems to be an afterthought as it’s not mentioned in the manual and there’s no dedicated space for it in the case insert. In general, the manual doesn’t seem to be for the unit I have, as there’s no LED band on mine and the battery isn’t removable. Also, the battery level indicator on mine doesn’t do percentage, but counts down from 10.Performance wise, I dislike this thing. There’s not really any kickback, instead the motor has a constant, obnoxious rattle. It sounds like a pneumatic drill on concrete. I made the mistake of pressing too deep and its volume went from moderate to hideously loud. Changing the head made it go back to a normal pitch. It just can’t massage deeply without vibrating itself out of wack.
