Easy to drink
Very manageable flavor like drinking water with slight texture. I mixed with just water (8oz) about a cup, with no issues of the taste. It has a slight herbal aroma. It was suggested to mix it with coconut water which I plan to try but I was okay with just water. It was also, recommended to take for five days then take a few days off. Really enjoyed this product and will def incorporate it into my afternoon routine. Felt very relaxed but energized.
