This product is great. I just came out of my acrylic nails and my natural nails were very weak. These gummies have made my nails stronger and healthier.

I have been using Biotin in some form or another for months now and have seen improvement in the thickness of my nails and my hair is experiencing much less loss since starting on them. But I have been on this brand for a couple of weeks now and have noticed that tho my nails continue to grow at an impressive rate they are more brittle than they have been since starting a Biotin regimen. I broke 2 off in the last couple of days performing tasks that should not have broken my nails so it does make me wonder. I will finish this bottle but will probably go back to another of the brands I have had better luck with.
