Stopped working after a month
Update:Customer service was great and they were able to switch the product. Thanks.Literally stopped working after a month of use. Will not turn on. Or it does and shimmers and turns off

Awful
Who in the world is giving this sign a 5 star review? Here's what you get. A sign that looks like it is made from soda straws with very low power led lights inside the straws. Invisible in sunlight. You have to purchase your own power supply. You will get better results printing "open" on a piece of paper and taping it into your window.

Requires button turn on/off
This is a well illuminated sign, looks pretty nice. Unfortunately, we have our Open sign on an electric timer, to eliminate a human having to turn on/off every day. When power is cut, and turned back on, unit requires the button to be pushed to turn back on. I wish it had a “stay on”, like a rocker switch, but I realize they built in a “hold button for dimming” feature which we don’t need anyway. A static “on” ability would be awesome. That’s my only complaint, but overall, a good looking, bright sign.

Great for night, not for day.
It’s a great product if you only care about the signs visibility at night. Can be seen from the road. It’s really bright and a eye catcher post dusk. But when it’s on in daylight, you can’t tell at all.

Not very bright - UPDATE - Seller sending updated product
You can't even see the open part light up during the day. It just looks like a blue rectangle with burned out letters. Will be purchasing a brighter sign and putting this in a box. Such a waste of money.UPDATED ReviewSeller contacted me about an updated version and offered me a free upgrade. I have yet to receive it but thought the seller deserved to be acknowledged for contacting me.UPDATE - Received the new sign and wow is it so much better than the first one. You can definitely see it from the parking lot during the day now.
