You have to trust the kids will know what to do with it
As this device was only made available in Japan, there is no English language version, there are translated instructions available online though.That being said, the kids love it and have figured out its use all on their own, and given the rarity in the UK it has made their Christmas.

Mi único problema es la parte “touch”
Está muy lindo, está en japonés pero no hay mucho tema, es muy fácil de aprender y memorizar qué botón hace que, mi único tema es que la parte “touch” no es tan touch, es decir, no es tan sensible al tacto, a veces tienes que oprimir fuerte o varias veces para que reaccione. De ahí en fuera, muy lindo

Wonderful product, bad quality control
Really fun, simple and an upgrade from older models! I was very excited to receive it but was let down when I noticed that the product itself was defective. The screen of the LCD wasn't installed properly and was improperly sealed. There were several large air pockets on all sides of the LCD screen itself that was very obviously a quality control issue. Moreover, there is light leakage from the device, a common issue observed by other users as well. If you love tamagotchi, it is definitely a good purchase but buy with a wary heart or you might be hurt if your device comes defective just like mine :(
