I used this document holder a lot at my job, so I bought one for my use. It fits just fine on my laptop monitor. I like that I can bend it to my desire and it holds my document just fine. The only issue is that the clip spring that holds the paper tends to come out and then end up breaking. It lasts a long time, so it is not a bad product, but the spring wears out if you use it a lot.

The product is poorly designed. I could design a better product myself! I only started to try and use it recently and should have tried earlier as my return-time elapsed. Had no idea that it just doesn't work. One at first thinks the metal arm attached between the 2 clips is stiff enough, but it's not. The weight of the clip which holds the paper document for typing droops and has to be kept propping up. The weight of the clip is too heavy for the metal bendable arm. The bendable metal arm between the 2 clips is not stiff enough yet bendable. The metal clips should be lighter and smaller. Plus the metal arm is also too short and does not have the adjustability it should have. The engineer needs to go back to the drawing board. In the meantime I have to keep this product and find another use for it around my apartment!!!

Pretty good clip. I got it to work and it does what I need it to do (hold a paper next to the computer). Would not stay clipped to my thin laptop without falling and I was worried about the pressure from the clip on the screen, so I clipped it to the blinds. It works great there. However.... Why is the clip holding the paper so big and bulky? I understand the one that clips to the computer. But if you're holding up a few papers why does it need such a giant heavy clip that weighs down the thin arm? This would be much better if the clip holding the paper was smaller or lighter.

This is a fabulous gadget. I do a lot of typing during each day and use my laptop. This has really made a difference in how much typing I can get done without having to adjust the original copies from the top of my desk or table. And because it is flexable I can adjust how I want to copies to hang. THAT alone makes it a perfect choice for me. And I can hang it on the left or the right side. I can remove it to close the laptop or leave it on and shut the lid (adding a post=it pad on the opposite side to keep the lid level. Thank you. So glad I found this.

Meh. This could have been great if executed better. The clip does not open wide enough to clip on my flat panel computer monitor. It would be fine on a laptop though. It does come with a little piece of plastic to adhere to your monitor to clip on for just this reason I guess. They do not mention this anywhere and there aren't any instructions with the clip so it was a surprise to me. I ruined the adhesive with the first placement because it wasn't quite in the right area so I got some command adhesive pads so I can reposition the piece of plastic if I need to. (The command adhesive pads probably cost more than the clip to be honest.) The clamp itself does hold paper tightly but the goose necks spins and droops as soon as I put paper in it. I ended up putting a file folder behind the paper so it would rest on the edge of the desk to hold the paper straight. If I wanted to just "make do" I could have rigged something up myself with a chip clip or clothes pin or something but instead I spent money on something I thought would solve my problem and it definitely didn't.

This does what I wanted it to do - hold pages while I'm typing on my computer. Note that the clip will not hold on an edge that is too wide, so don't expect too much of it. But it holds to the side of a regular thin monitor, or a shelf, just fine. And it holds the page snugly and twists into the position you want.

I was so excited to order this, hoping it would solve the issue of working from home on my laptop while referencing paper. I was disappointed when I tried it out because a single sheet of paper caused the hanging end to droop down, making it very difficult to read. It does come with a little plastic piece that has adhesive you can stick onto the back of your laptop. You can clip into it instead of the top of the screen and allegedly it would be more sturdy, but I prefer a sleek case and if this little thing stayed on there for a long time, I'm sure it would get hit or knocked off putting me back where I started. I'd return it, but I had to destroy the packaging to get the holder out so I probably won't be able to do that so it will probably just go into a junk drawer.

Es un poco más corto de lo que pensé, pero es bastante útil, nada más tener cuidado con los ganchos por que al ser de plástico se resbalan de los dedos y eso hace que súbitamente se prense al monitor.

Practical excellent product that allows rotation for reading to type. I can depend on it.

Facile da collegare al monitor del computer mediante la pinza che è dotata anche di un supportino di plastica con adesivo. Grazie al braccio flessibile ed all'altra pinza, permette di poter facilmente avvicinare o allontanare il foglio che si ha bisogno di leggere mentre si lavora al computer.

Was pleasantly surprised by this copy holder. Very strong and grips the edge of my desktop computer perfectly, no need to use the stick on gripper. Still as strong and usable after 6months of being attached to my computer. Well worth the extra cost.
