The advice to replace them weekly seems about right as well. One tip: double-check the size chart. I found that while the green size matched my old brand, I actually needed the orange version instead of the purple. A quick check avoids any mix-up. Compact enough for travel and with an ergonomic design that makes them easy to grip and use - these are a great find.
