I first discovered these socks at a shoe store and liked that they were black, low cut, XL socks with no additional designs/logos on them. This is the only brand that has truly black low cut socks so I was pleased. The store now only carries the no-show socks which I never liked the style of, so I was happy to find the low cut version online. As I have big size 14 feet, it was great to finally have athletic socks that fit my huge feet. Stores rarely carry XL socks, only size 6-12. The socks last a long time too, twice as long as the New Balance socks I had previously and less expensive.
