Rules take a while to get through
Well, my wife decided she would read the rules, then she got my daughter to read the rules, then they both watched a youtube video. Then they kind of understood how to play.Overall its pretty fun, and fairly straight forward. So yes, if you make it through the ruleset you will have fun.It would just be nice if there was a quick rule set that got you into the game quicker and allowed you to understand where the main rule set is going.

Fun new family board game for teens and above
Ok so heads up we are not the most successful family at board games! We have a certain amount of neuro diversity among us all so finding a game that doesn’t cause fractured nerves, boredom, explosive tantrums, tears or all of the above can be a search for a holy grail! One time never to be repeated during lockdown we tried Risk… That went very badly! So a new game and my hunt for a game we can play together continues! Have I found one? The answer is ‘possibly’. The worst part was getting past the instructions. It took us 90minutes to set up and figure out how to play. We tried to watch the you tube video but found it to stimulating (very fast talking, American, gibberish jokes mixed up making it confusing, we gave up with the video and went back to plodding through the booklet halfway through. ADHD meant that my son and I switched off at various intervals during the 90 minutes and by the end we were ready to give up but persist we did, and I’m glad we did!The instructions seem really complicated but actually once you get playing it’s quite simple to master and a fun game. We took out two of the event cards as suggested to make the game shorter and it took us (family of 4 on our first game) about 75 minutes to play the game. I think now we have learnt the game we will be able to convince my son, who wasn’t happy about losing the entire evening to the game, to play again, as it was fun , easy to get the hang of and unique,The cards were all stuck together but they peeled apart no problem for us and I thought everything was pretty good quality. £30 is an average board game price and it includes lots of pieces and playability so I think this is reasonable.

Complex game
So we have played this a few times. It's complicated, there's loads of bits, some of which you have push out of cardboard, there's a playboard made up of triangles and there are four tiny beautifully sculpted figurines.Once we had assembled all the bits, we sat down and tried to figure out gameplay. Having never heard the podcast was obviously an issue since we didn't have any background at that point. Still we persevered and ended up with quite an intiquing concept and game.If you're into these kind of conspiracy theories, or you listen to the podcast, you'll feel at home. But this game is for serious board game players and too serious for Christmas afternoon.

Good game
It took us a while to get into this game, clear instructions but a lot to take in. Our first impression when we opened the box was that it was made on rather a small budget :( which was a little disappointing. However, after popping out all the cardboard parts from the squares it actually wasn't too bad but would have been good to have something to hold the triangle pieces of the board down, after half an hour lying out, they flattened out ok on their own so wasn't a big problem. The playing pieces are small but no different to the size of monopoly pieces so can't complain about that either. When you spend the time and get into it the games really good. Never heard of the podcasts but went away and had a listen to a few after playing the game and found them quite interesting. Yep the games made to a budget but it keeps the cost of the game at a reasonable price so im happy with it.

Fun game
We are big board game lovers, and always excited to start a new type of adventure for a game. This games concept sounded super cool and unique and I was excited to give it a go. The game pieces are on the cheaper side, but still worked great! Instructions were a little challenging, so we did watch a video or two to help, but once we got the hang of it, we were hooked! Very fun! Also the game directions were a bit confusing so I recommend watching the video on how to play the game. But like most games once you start playing the game you get the hang of it after awhile. We love listening to podcasts and enjoy conspiracy theories so knew we would enjoy this game. It is a unique game with beautiful graphics. Recommend

Fun quirky board game, lots of instructions
A fun and quirky board game, great for people interested in myths, legends and conspiracy theories. Some of the cards were stuck together, but it didn't wreck them pulling them apart. It comes with a large instruction manual, takes a bit to get acquainted with the rules and how to play.Thoroughly enjoyed.

Fun game but can take time to read and teach others to play
The game is actually straight forward when you get your head around it but reading the rules put us off playing for some time. Its quite a fun game and entertained us. This will be on our list of games for future boardgame nights.
