This vendor just did a drop ship from Hobby Lobby and charged me well above the cost from Hobby Lobby. Quality was poor. Buy something else.

I'm pretty disappointed in this. I was very excited and out of all the ones on Amazon this was my favorite.It arrived with broken glass, the photo frame was scratched, they taped it down so there is tape residues stuck to the glass, its coming apart at the corner.... and the kicker is, the price tag on the back is $30 dollars less than I was charged!!!Now I'm suck, having to box it back up and return it. Its much larger than I was expecting so its going to be a challenge with 3 young kids, working from and virtual learning.

Product is listed as material: wood. Product is actually wood veneer over particle board.

The case is fine. It looks good. My buyer title is because it lists here for as much as 175 or so, was on sale for 120-ish and marked down to around 100. However, the sticker on the back indicates it comes from Hobby Lobby and had a price tag of $89. Now I don't mind paying more for something for the convenience and all, just putting it out there that the original retail is much less than the original list price

I lost my grandpa last July and I got this for my grandma to display in her house. Unfortunately it arrived after I had already gone home and was unable to inspect the package when it came in. I finally made it back and took this out of the box that was received and it was detached on one side. I saw other reviews that mentioned this and hoped it wouldn’t be the same for my order but this is very unfortunate. To spend $100 on something and it doesn’t even work. Very disappointed!

The display case was a lot bigger than I expected. I did not check the dimensions prior to ordering. It is beautifully crafted and is the perfect way to honor someone you love. The case was also packaged very securely to protect it during shipping. While I wish I did not have to order one of these, I'm very happy with what was delivered.

Product arrived in box with hardly any packaging material, no bubble wrap, only one sheet of paper. Glass in danger of breaking. The nail was hammered sideways and jutting out of the wood. Very flimsy and poorly built. Remember this product is purchased by military families after the death of a loved one. Why would you sell such a cheap product to people who lost their lives protecting our country???????

This product arrived with a Hobby Lobby tag on it, for near double LESS than I bought it here for, it is cheap, made with paper thin boards, fibreboard, WILL FALL APART WILL NOT LAST IF IT COMES IN ONE PIECE IN THE MAIL.
