Je viens tout juste de le déballer, ayant galéré pour ouvrir la boîte avec la tonnes de collant, celle-ci n’est plus utilisable pour renvoyer.L’article n’a pas encore été utilisé par moi! Il est encore en plein montage que je constate des traces d’usure qui ne devrait pas être présente sur un article neuf…

Un modo di fare addominali senza sfasciarsi le altre parti del corpo! Si monta facilmente , è comodo e si percepisce molto bene la differenza tra i crunch casalinghi e quelli fatti con questo semplice ma efficace attrezzo. Consigliato

I will make this review a simple pro/con review as I find easier to read and make a decision on.Pros:+Excellent quality+Easy to Assemble+Headrest is comfortable and eliminates neck/back pain while doing crunches+Good value for money+Manual give illustrations on the various crunches you can do (they also have videos on their website)+You can feel this device working your abs from the first use!Cons:-The manual shows stretches... for every muscle except the abdominal muscles (I recommend a google search to find ab stretches to use before and after a workout)- It does not fold for easy storage but you can disassemble it which makes it slightly easier to store if you have the patience to keep taking it apart.
