This tin does feel cheap and it arrived slightly scratched on the coating, the lid slights on and off ok its not the smoothest lid as it does have some sharp areas where it looks like the machine has chipped it in production but the lid works as it should do.It can fix 1000g (1kg) of dough in the tin maybe a little bit more, this tin will definitely be great for making big loafs of gluten free bread and regular gluten bread.I cannot complain about the tin as it does its job minus the small defects its great.

Make most of it at home this keeps the loaves Good size. And easy to use very good bit of kit very happy.

I unpacked this loaf tin and saw immediately the non stick coating chipped and peeling in several areas. I returned it the same day.I have seen pullman tins from catering supply shops and whilst having no non stick coating, they are sturdier, heavier grade aluminium that will last years - as it should do.

You can't see the rising level with the lid on and that's really my only criticism... it would benefit from something, jokes up the side or end, anything to see how high the bread has risen, without the lid it's to big to maintain a loaf before it collapses...

Pas de problème pour l'adhérence des brioches et du pain moulé fait maison, gabarit intéressant : hauteur et longueur adéquates.
