I must say this is the most impressive video quality output I have gotten from a1080N DVR. By the way, the highest encoding is 1080N not 1080P! It is extremely dubious of manufacturers to advertise their product as 1080P when they should know better. However, I very highly recommend this product. You can certainly leave with the quality. I should have given 4 stars but for the wrong advert. Pls buy.

I bought this to replace a rather unimpressive Swann system that had finally failed altogether. I got the Sannce because I was hoping to employ my existing cameras and this one seemed to fit the bill. The new Sannce DVR worked straight away and was very easy to set up. It detected the types of the existing cameras without any intervention from me. After I got the PTZ camera working I found that it worked considerably better than it ever had on the Swann DVR (for which it was specifically designed!) The Sannce also offers a host of great features such as running a bespoke PTZ tour for each of the other cameras as they detect movement. The remote windows software, CMS, works brilliantly and offers most of the functions available from the DVR's own monitor.The only issue I had was with the Android app, which badgers you to employ a cloud server which I don't want to do. (Why would I want to trust my security system to some remote server under the control of God-knows-who?) It can be made to operate without the cloud server, but doesn't offer remote playback. The Android app is a bit janky in other respects too, but with all its idiosyncracies, it still works better than the Swann one ever did!Despite the app, I'm still giving it a solid five stars 'cos it exceeded my expectations in every other respect. I couldn't ask for more. Very pleased.

Having fitted a few systems over the years, I wanted to expand and update my existing system. I was somewhat confused over some of the write ups for this product and was a bit put off, but decided to take a chance . It is totally adaptable in everyway. It's easy to install and runs all sixteen cameras without loss of quality. Its a dream to load to your phone and its the first system I've used where the P.T.Z function works properly. It only runs one P.T.Z. but this is its only limitation. I've hooked it up to all the T.V.'s in my house using a HMDI to A.V converter and runs perfect. You can pick loads of display options and won't be disappointed. The set up is simple and straight forward. A wizard guide helps you through all the stages when hooking up all the cameras. I set up a wireless mouse and put the transmitter on a usb. extension lead for ease of use, with no loss of interaction with D.V.D. unit. It comes with Two Tb of storage all ready installed. I would recommend you buy a 16 gang power distribution box to power all your cameras, just for ease to be honest. Just remember this kit does Not come with cameras and camera leads , but its perfect to replace your old system and add cameras as you go. I am very happy to recommend this device as it has exceeded all my expectations and that very rarely happens. Delivery was fast and was very well packaged.

We had a problem setting up, which was down to us, non technical. The support has been superb and now the system is up and working, great product and clear pictures.

Hi great product. Arrived in time and managed to install it. My goodness it’s not as easy as it looks when the pro’s installIt. Massive respect to them.However one little flaw. The Alan Keys provided with the screws that come with the cameras, do not fit the screws on the camera to adjust. Or vice versa.But good product
