This is subtly beautiful, easy enough to install (slight learning curve but can be done by one average person). It doesn't leak. The nozzle has a butterfly switch to change the flow between stream and shower, and a button to pause the flow. The hose reaches well beyond the sink (and you can use a pool noodle to extend it if needed ;)Very high quity, very convenient, easy to use, attractive, and affordable.

Great flow. Aerated and shower both work well. You can mount it forward or on the side. ***one thing to note. The hot line and cold line are opposite (by design) than what you would think. Cold left and hot right are not what one would anticipate. (It’s in the instructions, I didn’t get it wrong.). Simply put the cold line to the hot and hot to cold supply to quickly rectify. Now I have hot left and cold right. *** installation is easy. Did have a slight bind on the main mounting nut (large black hand crank nut), but that was the rubber washer caught in the threads and not letting me torque it down properly. Backed it off halfway to look for a problem and noticed the rubber gasket had been caught. Aligned the rubber piece and was able to screw it all the way up with no problems.I wish I bought this one first.Pros: nice look, great price, excellent function.Cons: the hot and cold (by design) are reversed. But that’s easily fixed by reversing the supply lines.

The faucet arrived without a base plate. In the ad, it clearly stated a base plate was not included, which I didn't notice. In spite of this, I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a base plate. Wendy, the gal I dealt with, was the nicest and kindest customer service rep I have ever experienced. The faucet works super well. I like the resistance in the handle turning off and on the water. My old faucet lasted only a little over 5 years. I feel this one to be more durable, and if not, the switch out is so simple, and the price so reasonable, I could change this often. I definitely rate this product 5 stars, in all categories.

I've been meaning to get a touchless faucet for a while. This was a good price range - other brand-name ones were over my budget. The built-quality was good and the installation was fairly easy. I was able to get it installed about an hour. And... everything works fine - right out of the box.

This faucet is very easy to install. I got it delivered next day and when I found out the package does not include the base plate I contacted customer service, Wendy responded immediately and she also shipped the base plate. It looks so elegant and easy to use. Considering its look, price, easy installation and use, moreover best customer service, I would definitely recommend to my fellows looking for something less costly and quality product.

Replacing a spendy Moen faucet that leaks, rebuild kit not worth the effort or $$. This one looks great and the way it tightens to the sink is genius, no wrenches needed for this part of the install, SOLID, no flexing. Luckily it covers the hole diameter in my sink perfectly.To top it off, the Seller responded immediately when I reached out, feels like they are in it for the long haul.Also finding the shut-off button on the spray head to be very useful, first residential faucet with that feature I have owned

We contemplated buying this product, but after reading all the reviews, we decided to buy it. We were not disappointed - this faucet is very well built (better than some of the higher priced name brand products). Very easy to install. We contacted customer support about a face plate and they were extremely responsive and sent us a face plate in just a few days. It's been installed over a month now and works great! You won't be disappointed with this product.

This faucet seems to be made very well and looks really nice. I am very pleased with it and it was easy to install. Looks good and was a good price, can't ask for more than that.

Produto muito frágil, veio com defeito na mangueira, está com furo e quando liga a torneira, a pressão da agua faz com que saia água por esse furo na parte de de baixo da pia. O pior que fui perceber depois de alguns dias usando, quando abri em baixo e vi a quantidade de agua que tinha saido. Quero meu dinheiro de volta!

This faucet is just what I was looking for it was replacing one that looks almost the same but the previous one was very hard to take out in contrast this one was a simple to install. It looks great has a nice aesthetic and is sturdy. Definitely good value for the money.It was shipped and arrived next day as promised, well packaged and undamagedWhen I had trouble registering the warranty I reached out to the company via email and they responded within hours to confirm that I was registered.The brushed nickel doesn't quite match my stainless steel sink but that may be the sinks fault, it's quite old.Definitely would recommend this product.
