My daughter recommended Seed to me. I am not exaggerating when I say that this product has changed my digestion. Best prebiotic and probiotics that I’ve ever tried.

Gave me horrible stomach cramps
I’ve taken acidophilus for years without any issues. My acupuncturist recommended Seed synbiotics because of their ‘science’. Started slowly as they recommended, was fine for a while, but then started having severe stomach cramps in the morning along with loose bowels within an hour of taking the pills. Kept at it for several months thinking I would acclimate. But it persisted and didn’t stop until I tapered off and stopped taking the pills. I don’t like the fact that they auto ship to you without giving you an option to cancel beforehand. You have to go on their website and hunt around how to cancel. I cannot recommend Seed Synbiotics.
