So far so good, it works as expected.

Battery died
This only lasted about 3 months for us, then it started to die. After 6 months, it turns on for only a few seconds.

Solid built product
The replacement fits well, so far the battery is holding the charge and doing what it supposed to do. I wish this battery is a little more affordable.

Dyson’s Back To New
Removal and installation went quickly and easily. After a full charge vacuum ran like brand new. You know you need a new battery when the vacuum runs only a short while on its highest setting. I gave it only 4 stars because it runs great but I don’t know how long it will last.

Waste of money
The bull&^@# for Dyson not to have these batteries interchangeable like power tools is a money grab, bottom line they want you to purchase a new vac every two years. Will tell you this “Compatible” options for the cost sounds good but you’re wasting your money!I received this on March 1st, now two months later it will not hold a charge, you will have to plug it in the day of use then once charged it last 5 min on medium, this is NOT the solution. I did find another solution to buying a new vac, there is a kit that allows you to use your 18v Ryobi batteries, well I have six of those and fingers crossed it works!

It works much better than the original
I just happy to have it way better than the original one.

Still only get like five minutes out of it
So it can *suck.* It's very powerful, but it doesn't last longer than the last one that was dying. Maybe it's just the vacuum.

Didn’t last a year
Purchased this 11 months ago and it’s now only holding charge for about five minutes of vacuuming on the normal setting. Switch the vacuum to boost and it instantly dies.
