Probes don’t seem to be capable of high constant temperatures.
Nice to have magnetic holds on the back of the unit, along with the “beef, poultry, pork” minimum settings. The readings are extremely difficult to see in daylight. The probes (1) malfunction just after the second use. The second probe malfunctioned after several uses. Fortunately, I have one left. I used them in a smoker, with hood down. I’m assuming they can’t take the constant temp., although, I thought they could be used in that manner.

Doesn't keep settings.
Doesn't maintain settings when turned off. It's slow and fussy to set things up.

Garbage... I used it once and that's where it went in the garbage..
The temperature is not accurate, the screen backlight you can't read it.. you can't change it to Fahrenheit.. it's off about 15 degrees .. don't waste your money it's garbage..
