The lace could be better but I love it true to length I'm 5"11 and it goes to my butt

The wig itself is pretty out the pack. After pulling it out the bag, the scalp doesn’t look natural at all. After one use it tangled pretty bad. The hair isn’t a good quality synthetic wig. If you need something to wear for one night maybe two it would be okay. Not a long wear usage

I originally gave this company 1 star but I am changing it to 5 stars based on their customer service. They saw my rating and contacted me. They were interested in making this right for me and I really appreciate it. They gave me a full refund on my purchase. I WILL give them another chance with their products...customer service is very important to me and I am impressed with this company...I ordered 3 other full lace wigs but not from this company. I don't like that the band was made of rubber and is not adjustable. I cut mine out and replaced it with cloth stretchy material. It still fits big and I may have to cut it. I won't buy from this company again. I assumed this wig would be like the other 3 I bought. I do like the twist themselves.

This wig is super cute however it is super huge. Even when adjusted to the last, it is still super big. I will have to do some serious adjustments in order for this wig to fit like I need. Is why it gets only two stars. If you have a big head it is great for you. But small head people like me don't do it.

Alright y’all ! This wig needs a little work …You have to use some type of oil to moisturize ( I use Africa’s best herbal oil , It’s under $2.00 at Walmart which is a steal ) you only need a little , but you need to moisturize the whole wig ! Then you wanna add mouse for volume , and to get the Authentic look I use Lotta Body Milk Honey Mouse, It’s under $9.00 at Amazon . Use a little edge control to slick the edges, buy the gold ornaments , there like $3.00 on Amazon for a bag of gold and silver. Place them on the wig , and your Beautiful ! This wig is Amazing ! It gives you a Sexxy Natural look and feel …Thank me later and buy me another one ! Lol ..Love you All XO

Immediately tangles, rough not soft. immediately turns into one massive tangled mess.

So far so good just one complaint it does tangle a lot but I put mouse on it and dipped ends in hot water. Everyone at my job thought I got my hair done when I told them it was a wig they couldn't believe it.

Love this wig! I have received so many compliments on this wig! It was affordable and very versatile!
