Cast iron is your friend if you know how to maintain it
I have bought two cast iron tawas after reading the reviews. After buying, we need to wash it properly and season it with sunflower oil. You can find lot of seasoning videos. I have seasoned it twice and fried egg on them. Then started using it for dosa, fish fry. After every use, we need to warm it so that moisture goes away and apply any oil overall and keep it aside. I am happy with the purchase

Not as good as price 😞.
I want to clarify very important point.Sometimes, MORE PRICE DOESN'T BRING MORE QUALITY. One of example is this product. I seasoned a lot and I used to do. But every time it some how gets rusted after using in an hour. I would suggest to buy some low cost options. Price is not as good. So many brands offer low cost items. I also bought a tawa(3000 rupees) from this brand which was really not that good, dosa is used to stick into the pan. After so many struggles I bought another brand pan around 800 rupees. Which worked just amazing. So first point and last point on this review. Quality is not dependent on price. So make your decision wise. Thank you 😊.

Both the pieces has gone rusty after washing , I’d it normal? How can I avoid rust on them
