Trigger speed is a bit slow, but video quality is outstanding. I never knew there were so many squirrels and crows in my neighborhood. Had this pointed at my squirrel feeder for a week and it was non-stop action. However, not all squirrels get along - and some get along too well. Be prepared to explain the realities of nature if you share these videos with your children

If you're looking for the most basic game camera this should do the job. It takes decent pictures and videos that are clear night or day. The camera motion detection seems pretty slow because several of the pictures have not had anything in them or are blurry which makes me think the camera was too slow to capture whatever ran by. There are only two settings, video or pictures, but otherwise there is no other way to customize the camera. The video setting records for 15 seconds regardless of how long an animal is present which is a major downside to me. The display doesn't light up so you won't be able to see it in the dark. The manual says it only accepts basic SD cards, but I used a 64GB SDXC card and it works fine.

I like Wildgame cameras. Except thos model , I got it by accident it wasn't the camera I ordered but opened it out batteries in it and took it to my cabin out of state to use . I've had great luck with Wildgame cameras always easy to program NOT THIS ONE . It is defective it takes pictures but will not let you put in the time and date . I will not buy cameras online again I want what I pay for
