Very comfy, didnt take too long to put together.

I only gave it 4 stars because the lumbar support cannot be placed in a comfortable position on the chair. It does not attach to the chair and is loose and cannot be adjusted to where it would be more comfortable.The chair itself is comfortable and seems well made. I found it very easy to assemble. The instructions were ok, but in the step to attach the headrest it said to use 2 screws that were not in the parts list, but there was 2 extra screws that fit perfectly.Time will tell how the chair will hold up but I work remotely and I will be using it many hours everyday and so far I have no other complaints, other than the lumbar support.

It sinks down on it's own just hours out of the box. I cant find a way to contact the seller.

I would return this chair if I could, but I cant disassemble it without breaking it. Its flimsy, has no support, extremely uncomfortable and cheaply made. Hopefully it lasts more than 3 months because I deeply regret buying this chair.Also, the Legs twist and are off at an angle! I am sure these wheels are gonna snap off any day now

So miss parts, and no instructions 😅

A piece behind the chair keeps falling off but the chair is highly loved by my son. He replaced his gaming chair for this one.

It's small. I'm short but the width of everything is not comfortable. The leg support does not feel sturdy or safe but there is no way of knowing this is the incorrect size chair until you put it all together. And it's too late because I have to work. The chair now no longer raises from upright position
