Great except that it's "one size fits all" concept sorta doesn't work. Find myself CONSTANTLY having to readjust it to keep it from sliding around my head. A Velcro adjust strap would have made this more effective as a "one size fits all" hat better than just elastic banding to conform to larger head sizes. Basically saying, if you're head doesn't already fit this hat (before expansion) then you're in bad luck; if you have a larger head it should do you just fine.Other than that, the hat looks amazing and is made of some legit quality. The hat just like the company demands respect when you wear it, I've had people double take when I catch them looking at it.Side note***I have no affiliation with Boeing whatsoever as I am an aviation enthusiast and student pilot. I absolutely support the production of the finest pieces of machinery known to man and women today from ANY company and will always be proud to display.

Nice looking and well made except for not adjustable, which I had read and was aware of. I bought it with the hope it would fit my egg, nope. I wore it for 30 minutes thinking maybe it would stretch out some; it felt like my head was in a extra snug tube sock. Lesson learned, don't buy a ball cap that can't be adjusted, or is sized like a regular hat. I returned it because of fit alone.

Me and fitted hats just don't get along, no matter how nice the hat looks. It's a shame really cause I do like the look of the hat. I only decided to give it a try after reading some reviews where people said these hats ran "small" as far as fitted hats go. I normally where a size 7 military cap. I was pretty disappointed when I got this hat and it was....take a guess....too big! Although to it's credit, it wasn't WAY to big just a little to big for me. I donated it to one of the guys at work and he seems to like it rather well.

Surprisingly the hat actually fit (I have a large head)! I gave it 4/5 stars because the front face of the hat sits a little high, which requires me to wear the bill lower towards my eyes. This helps reduce the slight “trucker hat” height. Very minor but it’s my only gripe. Satisfied customer.

Nice hat but it is big all around. Large in circumference and in height. Description should include hat size. Also no free return shipping, so if you're thinking of buying - don't. Only buy if you have a big head.

I get so many compliments on this hat. Just makes me mad that there wasn't a hole in the back for my ponytail. You need a back pic of this.

Not made of what I thought based on the picture. Fits great overall. Haven't worn another hat since I bought it about 3 weeks ago. Definitely going to recommend to family and friends. Great hat.

My husband love it. It's the real thing. Fit him just a little large but he is still able to wear it.
