Just like Belgium!
I ordered this after a trip to Belgium when I was craving more Belgian waffles. I made them using these ingredients and they were FANTASTIC! Using the same flour, yeast, and sugar as the ones I had in Belgium made all the difference. I will order this again when my supply runs out.

It was nice to purchase the essentials together
My daughter had eaten Liege Waffles in Liege and was longing to taste them again, this kit made that possible without having to visit Belgium. It was nice to purchase the essentials together, and I appreciated the recipe being on the pkg of pearled sugar, as well as, the email with pointer/hints from the supplier. We are thrilled, and will buy this again! Very delicious!

Yeast not active
The instant yeast did not rise. I believe the yeast was not active. I tried three times. Wasted all the ingredients. Had to go out and buy my own yeast which worked perfectly. Please refund money.

Perfect Liege Waffles!
I ordered this kit after having liege waffles for the first time at the Iron Waffle in Steamboat Springs. This kit is perfect - my waffles were perfect! Definitely restaurant quality. My only suggestion would be to include instructions with the kit - the recipe on the back of the sugar pearls calls for regular flour, but the liege waffle kit comes with two kinds of French flour and I had to do a little internet searching to figure out which one to use and in what proportions. Otherwise great and the family loved them.

I went to Belgium about 10 years ago and fell in love with their waffles! I have been trying to find the sugar for them ! Hard to find. Your company made it easy! OMG I am so thrilled they taste the same! Hog heaven!

Not so sure why there are two bags of flour. One organic, the other not. No reason given for the set having duplicate flour. Why?

Waffle kit came with pearl sugar but no yeast or French T45 or T 55 flour in box. Can you help supply missing ingredients from the Liege Belgian waffle kit?
