I truly thought it would take a longer time than it did. when I comb my hair there is hardly, if any, hair on the comb. It's about three weeks.

I just got these and im hopeful. My hair has been thinning so im hoping this will give me a boost in growth and strength and have less shedding. I thought from other reviews there wouldnt be a taste as they described but boy was i wrong. There is a funk that lingers once you swallow them. I wash them down quickly and grab something to take the taste away. These better work.

I was told my by hair dresser that my hair needs keratin. My hair is very thin and I have a hard time growing it out, or just growing in general. I have been using these pills along side a keratin conditioner. My hair feels amazing. It's soft and healthy. My ends don't feel crispy. I know my hair is growing. I can tell by the amount of brown roots I see coming in. I do believe these pills plus a really good conditioner works well. You're treating internally and externally. I can't wait for my hair to grow longer.

I really haven't found any difference, have been taking for at least two months, I look where there is more thin and it still looks the same. I'm 79 yrs. Old so I don't know if this makes a difference.
