Recently received. It was well packaged and it appears to be of good quality. I'm using it in an unusual manner on top of a Jotul cast iron heater/stove with the kettle lid removed to evaporate water for adding humidity back into my sunroom while heating the room with the stove. It's definitely slowly evaporating the water in it and making my normally irritated eyes feel better. It appears that it will be easy to clean and the silver colored model I purchased provides a perfect contrast in appearance to the black cast iron stove.

Had not expected such a quality product for the money. Perfect for holding hot water to dilute strong tea in another china teapot. Enhances the traditional English Afternoon Tea experience. Love it.

Me gusto mucho

We received this teapot with the broken handle. As you can see the packaging arrived damaged. We therefore returned the teapot the same day and we are still waiting for our refund. The welds and the thickness of the metal are of poor quality.We returned this broken teapot within the hour with UPS and although we have proof that the broken teapot was received we are still waiting for our refund.No refund but a credit ultimately...

It’s been over 2 months since I’ve purchased the tea pot and my main concern was the color fading. But it hasn’t! I love it!!

I bought this little pot for heating water for tea in our camper. I liked that the handle would fold down to fit a spot in the cupboard. I also wanted stainless steel. It works fine with two faults I've learned to live with. First, the handle in the upright position gets too hot to handle and second, the lid falls off when you go to pour. I use a potholder to grab the handle and hold the lid on at the same time.

Firstly, IT’S A TEAPOT NOT A KETTLE! If you use it as a teapot, it’s perfect. It’s deceptively small, but holds 8 cups. It’s also deceptively light, but keeps your tea warm for a very long time. I probably only fill the tea basket 1/4-1/3 with tea leaves, giving them room to expand, so just a few spoon fulls. It’s really a great teapot.
