Metaphysical Meditations

I have a digital copy on my Kindle and I have a paper copy for my handbag. The size is perfect for carrying in a pocket or on a side table. The meditations/prayers inside are such a salve in times of trouble and times of gratitude it is a song of joy. This is a perfect give to give to share some love, hope and help.

This was my introduction to the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda and I was very pleased with the book. I'm not a Christian but I appreciate the way Paramahansa was able to create a bridge between his philosophy and Christianity without discrediting Christian teachings at all... he actually embraced them,I'm by no means a follower but I have since purchased more books from Paramahansa Yogananda and use them as a source of spiritual reference. Definitely recommended.

I went throught a profound experience that was difficult to deal with, but this book's inspiring writings really lifted my spirit and helped me by giving me a different understanding to life. It's a completion of many of his sacred writing all in one book, you can read one or two whenever you need some happiness 🙂

These meditations will open the mind to understand that which is truly meaningful in this life. The author lived a life of example for all.

Paramahansa Yogananda is a wonderful teacher as well as was thought to have lost my copy & found it is a tube of things that was not stolen & grateful I ordered this one anyway ~ it is a beautiful book that can be opened & read a few line or pages & it brings joy to ones heart, Paramahansa Yogananda is a beautiful soul & so blessed to have this book, recommend to anyone especially if you like short inspiring reading.
