CHINA !!! DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES JAMES !!!!! Shown in the picture is what appears to be a good quality ALL LEATHER deck shoe . Let me promise you they are nothing like the picture !!! The only leather on mine is the laces !!!! Man made cheap garbage !!!

I'm going to say US mens size 11. I wear a 13 and my foot is roughly 13 inches from heel to end of big toe. 27.5 cm is roughly 10.83 inches so I'm guessing an 11 would be a good choice.

If you look very carefully at the picture, both on Amazon, and at every vendor that sells this shoe, the heal is sewn on. If you enlarge the picture, you can see slightly diagonal, black threat/stitching. While they may be glue on, they are additionally sewn on.

Q: Are the uppers lined?

Heel and tongue are lined. All other are suede. Fine product.
