It's been 30+ years since I've read (or rather was read) these wonderful books by Adam Hargreaves. And now, my son loves them! What a surprise to find a new installment in the series! Mr Mischief was a perfect book for St. Patrick's Day this year. My three year old and I spent a couple days learning a bit about the holiday, and then built Leprechaun traps. The surprise on his face when he found this book in one of his traps was comparable to smile that he had while reading the book. Simple story, easy to read and understand, with a nice little moral at the end. I would recommend this for anyone who has the old series (Mr Happy, Mr Bump, Mr Nosey, etc).
