Simple ESD bracelet works as expected.Ignore the reviews about no conductivity, there is a 1M ohm resistor in series. This is to protect against devices that have a lot of charge on them and discharge when you touch it. This is normal.This isn’t a personal safety device. It’s to protect electronics when working on them.

Purchased 2 units of this product. Mat to Plug cords are conducting ok. Though both have bad wrist band cords - no conductivity between cord ends. Making whole product useless and dangerous, considering the fact that it's a safety device.

Waiting for meter to check to see if if it's working properly

There is zero continuity between the connections on both wires and the three connections on the plug. Now I have to waste my time driving to Kohl's to return this POJ. Look elsewhere

Bought these to use for earthing. Tested it but no grounding signal. Waste of money.

This worked great to ground my coffee grinders to nearly eliminate that static charge that cause the classic fly away and stick to everything coffee crumbs. Well worth the time saved cleaning up coffee dust that stuck to anything within 2ft. of the grinders. Plenty of cord length to reach distant receptacles. Highly recommended for anyone needing to bleed off static charges created by many appliances.
