I appreciate this book, very, very much...
This book opened my eyes to this subject of gout. I wish I would have had this book to help my poor father that suffered from gout a lot. Now it can help me. I recommend this book to everyone.

Some Interesting recipes!
Gout is NOT fun! I try to stay on the traditional Gout Diet and I look forward to trying some of these recipes!

Drink water cut down on meat all kinds eat plenty of Fish have a glass of wine Occasionally
I have read through most of the book it gives you some idea of controlling your gout and understanding your condition My experience is to drink plenty of water which dilutes your sugar intake. Thanks for the recipes.
