Unfortunately, the C81 dongle is not compatible with your Razer Kaira RZ04-03980100-R3U1 headset. The Razer Kaira is not a Bluetooth-enabled headset and can only be paired with its included dongle for wireless use. It cannot be connected to a different dongle, including the C81.
