Hardback is not 200 pages!
I have to say I'm really disappointed with my purchase. The hardback workout log itself is great, but it doesn't have 200 pages to record workouts. I train very frequently, that's the only reason why I chose the hardback version, and next day delivery! I really wanted to start using it immediately. I noticed it looked pretty thin when I unpacked it, so I counted the pages. There aren't even 100 pages to record your workouts. Mine has 97!I obviously value product descriptions, because these are what I go on when deciding on whether to buy or not. It quite clearly states that the hardback version has 200 pages to record on. See the pic I've attached. Less than half of what is offered in the description is not ok.I will use the log book for now, but I doubt I'll purchase again when I need another one. Sad times.

Good, solid log book that is durable and looks super clean with a glossy front.
Great workout log book, that looks good and is made from durable materials. It does everything that you would want in a workout log book, and has enough pages for hundreds of workouts. It is a bit expensive for what you get, but is worth every penny in my opinion.To save pages and get the most out of this book in terms of efficiency, it is a good idea to squeeze two workouts back-to-back on one page and seperate them with the current date of the workout, for example. That way, you aren't wasting half-filled pages with only one workout (5x5 for example) on each.

This log seems to be designed specifically for weight training. I'm doing a body weight program but it was very easy to adapt it to my use. I do strength calisthenics on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and cardio on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. I write in the calisthenics log with a black pen circling the day on the page. I then circle the cardio day with a red pen and circle that day. Monday and Tuesday share a page as do Wednesday and Thursday and Friday and Saturday. The adaptability of this book for different types of training shows how well thought out it is. The body progress measurements will surely help motivation.When I use this log up I will definitely buy another one. The only suggestion I have would be to suggest a food log/diary might be useful.Very good product. I never give 5*, nothing is perfect not even me 😊 but I made an exception.

Excellent way to keep track of your health journey
I love this wee fitness diary. It totally makes you accountable for your fitness journey.Sections to record your exercise, goals and progress, with pages to record your measurements and weight so that you can see the difference your exercise is making to your body, mind, and overall health.Totally recommend 😊

perfect log book for recording your workouts!
very fast service, arrived the next day, and the book is perfect for recording my workouts, I am on my 3rd book already! very sturdy, so no need to be pressing on anything when you record your workouts, and enough space to right in your entire workout! highly recommend

Exactly what I wanted.
This is exactly what I was looking for. Something simple with enough space to log everything I needed to. It's about A5 size, and has a decent amount of pages. I will definitely buy another one when this one is full.

Good work out log book. I bought these for gifts for gym goers. Lived them, detailed pages.

Great Log Book without the gimmicks
Hitting the big 50 soon and have recently taken up Calisthenics. This log book is exactly what I needed to track my progress Very well made with lots of pages & no advice pages It does exactly what its designed for Tracking Progress Great Product
