I had two different casings from two different suppliers. The first (sausagemaker.com) worked great--these didn't! Very weak casings--constantly tore during stuffing and couldn't support weight of 5 sausage links hung in smoker (no, I didn't overstuff!) . Save yourself a lot of extra work and either go with natural or get collagen from a different vendor (sausagemaker.com)
