Decent Cable That Does What It's Supposed To Do
I needed cables to extend my reach for a solar panel. Having a background in electronics, I knew these thicker 8AWG cables would have less loss over a longer run. The price was reasonable for the 50' cables I needed. I just bought an Ecoflow solar generator (DP3) and am tinkering with it and a 400 watt portable solar panel. I know I need more capacity, but I don't know exactly how much I want yet. I'm thinking of building an 800 watt semi-portable array out of rigid panels and I'll use these cables to carry the power from whatever solution with which I end up.The only think I see that could improve these is to use quick release style MC4 connectors. All of the connectors that came with my system have built-in releases. You just squeeze them and they release. I even bought a couple of wrenches to disconnect these cables, but I haven't been able to get them to work. I don't know if that is the fault of the wrenches I bought or the connectors on these cables (or me). For someone who is installing these once, permanently, that is not a factor. Since I'm using them on a portable system that is moved around, it is an issue for me.Overall, though, these are great cables, and after getting them in 50', I liked them so much, I bought a 20' set as well. I'll probably buy more!

All Copper, and American made!
I ordered wire from these folks, and realizing the quality, ordered more when I needed it for my solar project. It's important to have all copper wire for my purpose, and they provide that. Great product, guys!

If you need item for next year, it is good quality.
I like the price and quality, but I don't like the seller's careless shipping. I was waiting 2 weeks for the item and was forced to cancel my order because when checked on track, they somehow canceled the order that came to my address after I made an order with another seller. In the short term, it is just a nightmare and confusion.

I'm addicted to this solar stuff lol. Ive bought about every type of solar panel wire on Amazon and can honestly say this is the best quality wire. The wire is kinda stiff but is much more durable and is also good for direct burial. Stay away from the tin plated copper wire. The tin plated stuff has more tin than copper and isn't as good. Tin plated supposedly lasts longer in harsh environments but it's way less conductive and has much greater power losses. This temco wire is 100 percent copper and is way better stuff. It's all I will ever buy after doing tests to see which is best

when you need a long solar cable
Needed at least 100 feet long solar cables, worked great. Hooked up to my solar battery pack. Good price and already has connectors on the ends.
