I'll plead operator error but watch out! This pump will spray foundation at least 3 feet. I found this out the hard way. Day one I sprayed my wall. Day two I sprayed my new JJill blouse. UGH! You know if you use the double wear foundation that it does NOT come out of anything. Blouse ruined and I'll go back to dabbing it out of the bottle with my finger. Again, good item , just be careful.

Great customer service. I had an issue with the first pump I received. They responded quickly and replaced the pump. It works well. My only advice is to push the pump slowly. It is very powerful and if you press hard and fast, the foundation will shoot 3 feet away, Otherwise it works as described and I would buy again. It is easy to clean in between foundation colors. They also provide 2 different sizes of tubing.

The pump fit well and works fine. I love that it came with a cap so it is safe for travel. The only thing I don't like is that, as others have mentioned, you can only dispense full pumps of foundation, so sometimes I waste some when I don't need an entire pump's worth. Overall, it's a small inconvenience, since I would probably also have wasted foundation without the pump anyway.

The shipping was great and arrived in a timely manner. However, this product did not work at all for me. When I first opened the package, I removed the outer plastic from the pump/cap, but some of the plastic wrap was stuck in between the pump and the cap, which would not fully come out, even when using tweezers to try and pull as much of it out as I could. I proceeded to twist the pump/cap on to my estee lauder foundation bottle (the product directions said not to remove the cap first so I made sure to follow directions), after inserting one of two straws that the package came with. But after twisting the cap and pump on, it was impossible to remove the cap from the pump, no matter how hard I tried pulling. When I went to attempt to separate the two, it actually ended up bending the cap. I ended up tossing it out, in addition to wasting whatever foundation was on the straw. Definitely would not recommended.However, customer service was quick to contact me in regards to my problems with the product, and they offered me a full refund. They were very pleasant to work with.

it works decent but it's a bit crooked. this morning i went to pump into my hand and it weirdly squirted a lob of foundation across my bathroom - so that's kinda lame. otherwise, it works in terms of saving me from dumping and wasting too much of my overpriced foundation.

Very pretty. The pump is sturdy enough. I cap for the pump is super tight so I ended up not using the cap anymore to not break the pump or hurt myself. So far the pump works well and pumps out just the right amount each time.

I'm not sure if it clogs or what, but it shot my expensive makeup once on my blouse before work, and another time on the floor. I'm afraid to risk using it now, and I was super excited about it.

The product is perfect for my base double wear nude, but the cover is too fair and I'm always afraid that I drop the pot. It fulfills its function, it's good, but the lid is a problem.
