Although more expensive than one I had before this seems to be much more substantial and well made. It works well and looks good! Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because I can’t tell when it’s fully charged because blue light doesn’t go out. I leave it changing for a few hours but don’t know if that’s enough. It does the job though and no batteries needed is a real plus!

I like the packaging and the look of the product

Have tried cheaper ones that fall apart. This is much more robust, and good for the money. Also excellent customer service.

I don't know what to say other than, 5*!I absolutely love the product. Incredibly smart, works really well although I only use it for the old tash. I love the rechargeable feature as will save me a bomb in batteries. For me though, the thing that stands out the most is the customer service. I've had multiple emails checking the product is alright. Inside the lovely packaged box is also a card not only saying thank you but also ways to contact her if there is a problem. Wish every company was like this! DO NOT HESITATE TO BUY!
