I bought this guitar for my husband, who is a professional musician and in no way a hobbyist or weekend warrior. In short, his guitars take a lot of abuse. He was pleased with the appearance right out of the bag ( if you want a proper hard case you'll need to purchase one separately) it has a beautiful color and shape, and is slightly smaller than an average electric. As soon as he tested out the "Push Push" volume knob, however, it broke. Like, immediately. The company wanted us to pay to ship it back, which would have been a couple hundred bucks from our little island. Instead we took it to the guitar guy and he put in a "Push Pull" type knob, and the guitar works just fine. Apparently the "Push Push" variety have all kinds of problems. If you wanted to purchase this instrument be aware that you're going to have to probably replace some parts of it, unless you intend on just displaying it. It sounds great, but watch those knobs...and the guys that built it.
