Can these strings handle drop G?

I haven't tried drop g, but I Play in drop G# no problem. I have a 26.5 scale length, so if you have a 27' it would definitely work. Probably not with a 25.5' though

would these things handle adgcfad tuning? I'm new to guitars and I wanna jam to some Korn

These can take ADGCFAD perfectly fine the strings themselves are good for 25.5 inch scale length but even better on a guitar with 26.5 inch scale regardless they have clarity bite and good feel and I highly recommend them for all styles of music.

Yes, you can and I have as long as your bridge will fit the strings through it. You will definitely need to adjust the setup though and the longer the scale length the better.

What is the gauge of the 3rd string supposed to be? My set came with 2 13's
