I first purchased this duel monitor about two weeks ago. I opened it immediately and found that the hinge was damaged and broken upon opening the box. I started to go through the return process but realized that I had purchased this on a Lightning Special. So I contacted the seller instead.It wasn’t but a little while before they contacted me and said “No problem, we will send you return shipping label and we will take care of it right away”. I was SHOCKED! I shipped the bad monitors back and within a few days the new one was shipped out.Once I received the second one, I opened it and found it was in perfect condition (they had done exactly what they said they would). I installed the basic software and it works like a champ.Only two things… one, I have an older single monitor and it looked almost as good as my laptops screen. Even after I have gone through the setting on this new set, they aren’t as good as I hoped or figured they would for the money. I like them and I’ll keep them, but hope they will work when I travel.Second, they only open up to just over 200 degrees… I really wish they would open more to come closer into the laptop while I work. As close as they come inward, they still take up A LOT of space. The hinge if made proper, should open even more so you can bring them in closer.But honestly, they are great monitors and have worked well. I’ll see about an update in a few months once I’ve really had time to work with them.

I have been using this product for approximately six or seven months, and it works exceptionally well. It has significantly enhanced my ability to use multiple screens on all my work trips, which has helped me maintain my productivity while I am on the road. I believe this product is excellent and recommend it to anyone needing multiple laptop screens, particularly if you travel for work.

These are great screens and they don’t require separate power. You just plug them into the computer and they power on with the computer. The part you attach to the computer is solid. I purchased a cheaper screen with a separate stand but ultimately returned it for this and it was the best decision I made. They are super portable. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I wish the screens were bigger, but the overall quality is very good despite the screen size.

I've been using product for about 3 weeks and it has improved my work area making use of space much more efficient. Also, I'm on Zoom/MSTeams calls all day and having access to two monitors while a third monitor is dedicated to the camera and meeting is huge improvement in my approach to getting things done. I'm much more productiveThe 2 screens don't seem to add stress to my MacBook Pro flip up screen-one of my concerns. The kickstand take a lot of the weight of the unit. Still, you lose some of the portability of a laptop, so don't expect you can walk around with it like you may have done in the past.Screen display is clear and provide much detail, but not as much detail as MacBook screen.Let's talk about setup. The box unit comes is more than adequate in provide protection during shipment. The unit also comes with a wrap around sleeve for my own transporting of monitors, which I think is an improvement over earlier models.But instructions don't help navigate how much power or how many cables required to connect and configure the two monitors. It was a lot of trial and error for first about 45 minutes.Suggestion: Provide a matrix of common setup for each laptop (Windows and Mac) on the market.Last, I'm not sure why there is a micro SD slot with drivers included (I'm in Cyber security and this IMO is potential vulnerability). The provided SD card was useless with outdated drives and app not easy to install, and a Google search took me to manufacture web site where I was able to download latest driver. Then I was on my way to completing setup.
