Get the job done
Good tension, does and looks exactly as you would expect. Great price and measurements accurate. I used for window curtains and closet curtains. Going to buy another one for some other decorating ideas :) curtains are fairly heavy so happy with its strength and stability.

Use it as shower curtain rod

Nice enough but doesn't stay tight
I was excited to get this rod and have used tension rods before so I know they can slip. This one appeared to be as tight as possible, only to fall down a few hours after placement. I have since ordered a little stick-on bracket which has a lip for the rod to rest on. I haven't yet attached it but I'm hoping it will give just enough support that it won't fall down. If that doesn't work I'll revise my review.

Replaced the identical one I bought 30 years ago
After reinstalling the identical one I'd used for over 30 years, it finally lost the ability to be adjusted, so I happily bought this new one.It's easy to install and sturdy - just follow the instructions to turn it until it's a couple inches longer than your opening, and then compress it into place.I would have liked it to be a little more bone or almond colored like the toilet and tub enclosure, but I'm happy with how well it works.

Prefect size, great price and look!
We needed some inexpensive curtains and tension rods to replace the 25 year old Comfortex blinds we had in order to show our house for sale. These fit the bill prefectly!

Absolute junk and would not stay on the wall!
I was needing to replace similar functioning shower curtain rods after many years. I had waited several days to receive these rods so that I could finally take a shower as my rods came down and would not go back up. Needless to say I was pretty upset when I could not get these rods to stay on the wall no matter what I did! They would within 5 minutes work their way down the wall and fall! Thankfully I was offered a full refund without needing to return these rods.
