My doctor advised that I need cataract surgery. I thought for $75 this is worth the gamble. It seems to work for awhile after using it for a few days . I'll decide after using it for a few weeks.

I believe these are working. Next appt with ophthalmologist will tell.Note: you can buy this for less direct from the website although it will take longer and God bless the USPS- it may never arrive at all. Lol. Next time I think Ill just order from here because I do intend to keep using these drops.

Well been using this product for 5 weeks 3 times a day everyday & gotta say i haven't really noticed any improvement in my cataracts. Quite expensive for something that doesn't seem to be working. Will update this review after the 8 week period of use.

I live in West Texas, 320 miles west of Fort Worth I am a network Engineer and I travel a lot throughout West Texas and Eastern New Mexico. I often get to clients near or into New Mexico around 7:00 AM when the Sun is coming up. Once on 1-10 I arrived in Ft. Stockton, TX as the sun was just above the horizon. Everything had a halo type glow around it. I freaked... Soon after I went to the Eye doctor to get new glasses and have my eyes checked. And yes they found the start of a Cataract in my rt eye. I have always expected this might happen since I have lived in-front of a computer monitor for 30 years... I of course did a bunch of research and studies on treatments.Well there is only one treatment that is popular, "Surgery"... Hell no if I can help it. Too many horror stories. The next alternative was Oclumed drops. I read about the tests, trials and the results on dogs eyes. So I decided to try them and as directed 3 times a day and message my eyes for 40 to 50 seconds. These sting at first and I think of it as they are working when they do that and Oclumed states they will.I have used them now for 3 months finishing my third bottle. Oclumed did not say these are a fast get healed Med. Having read the results on the dog's eyes and I expected that too. As far cost, I have read about people using these drops once a day or something like that for a few weeks and expect a quick result. Come on people, "READ the INSTRUCTIONS". I follow the instructions and these WORK! Not a quick cure at all, but the Halo had reduced greatly. There are times when the glow at sunrise or sunset is gone. These work but it was never claimed to work fast.And the cost?!! Some actually complain about the cost. "Really?!!" Surgery cost between $3500 and $7000. How can $75 for several months be criticized compared to just $3500.00. It may not make the cataract go away completely but it helps manage and in my case reduce it. And the $75.00 a month for 4 months or so verses the $75 for 44 months to get to $3500, the low end of cataract surgery. Hmm the numbers speak for themselves. I suggest if you have Cataracts try these, but give them am chance. If your case is severe they may not work, but it cannot hurt. The are well worth the money for me...

I purchased a smaller bottle of the same drops directly from the manufacturer, these don't seem as effective. They don't burn as much (which makes me wonder if they are as strong?) and they are much more yellow. I also don't feel they are doing as good of a job.

Update - 7/25/23 - In my previous review, I stated I was using these drops to hopefully treat symtoms of dry eyes and have expeienced improvement. I didn't make the purchase expecting the formulation to be beneficial for cataracts, as I didn't know about that advantage. As it happens, I had cataracts beginning in both eyes, especially the right one. When I was using the supplement once/day, I didn't notice changes to the blurriness. I decided to see what happened if I upped the frequency of application to 3 x day, after reading some of the reviews. I have to say, it seems to be working, after about 3 weeks. The vision in my right eye is not so occluded as it was, previously. It would be amazing if the cataracts resolved or at least weren't noticeable. I'll post another update in a few months, as I intend to continue with the 3 x day regimen.I had high hopes for this product, especially in light of the overall cost. So far, I have to say, it seems to help a great deal with dry, irritated eyes. I keep searching out and experimenting with remedies for the issue and have found several to be beneficial. So far, this formulation ranks at number one, in my estimation.Probably, I should use these drops more than once per day - it's only because my eyes aren't aching and tired by mid-day that I tend not to think about an additional dosage, but I'm going to see if even better results can be obtained by doing so. I will update if there's more improvement...

I only tried the drops two or three days. I LOVE the idea of NAD drops! The formula sounds great and I’m willing to pay more money for Advanced products with excellent nutrition. I read the reviews and heard that they could sting, but usually brought good results and I’m OK with them stinging for a little bit. Then I realize even if I use them at night my eyes were still read the next morning which is too long I thought these would be great but today a barista today asked me if I had been crying. I have a choice of blazing red eyes or using eye whitener drops. And like I said, it’s been more than a week that I have not used them and I’m easing even now using anti-histamine drops that are not helping the redness. I appreciate being able to refund them.
