Foxfire: 50th Anniversary Complete Collection Series Set (17 books)

Seems maybe a bit expensive but is a wealth of knowledge. Highly reccomended for homesteading lifestyle. Worth every cent.

I've always like foxfire and today I complete collection.

My dad found a few of these at estate sales, and they were his favorite books. Ever wondered how to process a pig, trap a predator, or grow your own crops? These books contain all of these and thousands more, info passed down from old hands to teens, who documented it all. I got the full set for my husband (wish he and my dad could have met, they are of the same mindset) and now they are his favorite too. So much info and so incredibly interesting! I'm hooked on reading them now too.

Collectible books are fun.

Very enjoyable to read and learn of the insights and and history they present. Always humbled how hardy an perceptive folks were in the yesteryears and how they paid better honor to their families in propagating the wisdom and knowledge forward. We can learn much even acknowledging their ignorance and lack of sophistication. Great series.
