They all work!
I'm doing better than some purchasers as all 4 of mine worked like a champ, straight out of the box. The reason I took a star off is that the two colors I would actually carry with me and use in public (black and white) are the two noisiest of all the fans! Pink is whisper quiet, green is only slightly louder, and both the black and white fans sound like a piece of gasoline-powered lawn equipment. Okay fine, that's an exaggeration, but my point is, I would feel awkward and disruptive to use either of them in a libary or at church, but not the pink or green.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!
You get what you pay for. Only 2 of them work, i went to see if i could get them replaced. As i was doing so i realized if i send this back they're going to sell these to someone else. So I'll keep the 2 that work so y'all won't get the 2 that don't. I should have read the reviews thoroughly but i hoped for the best. These are trash compared to ones ive gotten for free.

Warning.
I was fairly excited by these little fans. Plugged one in and it worked fine. Plugged another in and it didn't work. I assumed I got a bad one. Later, I went to charge my phone (Pixel XL) and it would not even register that my phone was plugged in. I freaked out a little bit until I restarted my phone and it registered being plugged in. Not sure what this little fan did, but it somehow shorted out my phone's USB port. So all 4 of these go in the trash. I'm not interested in trying the others.

Definitely a gimmick and not the most useful things to carry around on a day to day ...
Definitely a gimmick and not the most useful things to carry around on a day to day basis. But for a conference where you're schlepping it from area to area and it's warm outside, it provides a nice little breeze relatively quietly. It's not a high powered fan by any stretch and yes, it'll have some impact on your battery life (no idea how impactful yet...) but for a quick breeze, seems to work well for being so inexpensive.

25% DOA - but 75% work great!
I guess 25% dead on arrival should be expected for something like this... which was the case here. 1 out of 4 arrived non-functional. Certainly not worth the angst to send back. What does work, is smooth, quiet, and moves quite a bit of wind for its size. Will update later on how fast battery consumption is...

Most stopped working after two tries
I'm a "Hot Mama" who gets intense hot flashes. A friend at church introduced me to a phone fan on her iPhone. I'm glad I got a 4-pack, because only 1 of them still works. All 4 worked once or twice, but that was about it.

They work but way too noisy compared to others
This is a second set of fans that I bought, the first ones were micro USB and are much quieter than these ones. I am using the micro USb fan with an adapter for type C. Not sure if I will keep the loud fans.

Great for little gifts
All four worked! Lots of air movement for such a little thing but over 24 inches away you lose lots of air. 30 continous minutes used 10% of battery without using phone or apps. Works with my charging sandwich. Great for little gifts. Very pleased.
