This is a great starter camera. I plan to use it to make videos for shelter animals but I also plan to use it for my personal pets. The image is pretty clear and the waterproof casing works great. It is simple and easy to understand how to use. If you plan to shoot in slow motion, it will lower the quality some so keep that in mind. Overall, I've had a great experience with it.

If you're looking for a cheap alternative to a GoPro camera, you could do a whole lot worse than the DVEETECH S2 Action Camera. Though it's less than $50, it packs quite a punch and serves as a fantastic intro sports camera.The camera itself is small - only a couple of inches wide - though it feels sturdily built. It includes a power button as well as an 'okay' button and two 'selection' buttons. At first, it doesn't seem like that's enough but after you've played around with it for a little, you quickly get into the groove of going through menus, making selections, etc.The quality of the video and audio is really good for a $50 camera. However, the pictures aren't the greatest because of the semi-fish-eye lens. But when you consider the cost, you can't help but be impressed.On top of the camera, you'll get a ton of accessories (including a water-proof case that I didn't feel comfortable testing out) that will allow you to use your camera in any situation. The only major negative here is the fact that there is no memory card included so you'll need to provide your own microSD card. One other minor drawback is worth mentioning - the manual isn't particularly helpful. On the other hand, the camera isn't all that complicated so you shouldn't have much of a problem figuring out how to make it work.If you have a child who wants to try an action-camera out, this would be a perfect option before going all-out with a GoPro! You can't go wrong with a $45 camera that takes HD video and can go anywhere (including underwater)!

I love gadgets, I love drones, and I love cameras! Why am I telling you this? Because I have tried, used, looked at, and of course, purchased a TON of fun toys! So when I saw this one I wondered what made it so special. Well, here's what I found:First, this thing boots FAST! And the image on the camera itself is sharp and clear. I've had a LOT of cams where the viewfinder was less than stellar which meant you aren't shooting with confidence. Not so here.Second, the images I got from this camera were definitely 4K! And they looked FANTASTIC! I was thrilled that I was getting better pics than with my phone or my (now old) camcorder in something so small and portable!Third, since I've mentioned portable. Sports cams, in general, are great because they can fit in your pocket, pop out, and be good to go! They mount easily onto tripods and can be used almost anywhere! What's not to like? But this one I especially liked because, while its a pretty standard dimension, I was getting all of its benefits (including being Waterproof!!!) in a very "to go" package!As I said, I love gadgets, and this one...its one of the VERY BEST!!! I definitely recommend this to anyone considering a sports cam...you owe it to yourself to at least check it out and compare.

I got this camera for my my husband to record his motorcycle rides and it is perfect for this task, the attachments that come with it fit perfectly on his handlebars and the protective case keeps it safe from mud and debris. The menu and set up were easy to follow and once you learn the button sequence (one scrolls and one selects) changing settings is easy. We both really like the slow mo settings. While messing with settings I accidentally put it in time lapse mode and got a 1 hour condensed to 1 minute video so if you get a video that is playing super fast you may have accidentally selected that setting as well. Overall this is a great starter action cam for anyone who is not interested in making professional videos and just wants to mess around learning the different speeds and settings. Very happy with this.

I bought this action camera because it stated in the description that it has a 4×zoom however the camera I received does not.... very disappointed..*update* I was contacted by seller and was given instructions on how to zoom(I just wish I said it in the instructions manual)...works AWESOME!!!!

The picture is Not 4K it's Fuzzy. The picture dimension shows a 4K size but the image is Not a sharp 4K image as seen on my 4K TV. I don't know why everyone says their product is 4K when it really isn't that high of a resolution. It doesn't have anything near 4,000 lines of resolution.

For the price you pay, you really cant go wrong with this action cam. Easy to navigate buttons make this camera very user friendly. I tried all modes and then uploaded them to test out the quality; I have to say that 1080p at 60 fps is the best when capturing quick fast moving video. Overall, great alternative to the name brand cam that cost 6 times more.

Looks nice and worth the money I paid. A lot of accessories should take some time to figure out the usage.
