This is has been one of the best supplements for weight loss I have ever taken. Absolutely NO side effects, except that my hunger is greatly reduced and very doable in dealing with cravings. My attitude is improved too.

Helps control carb cravings!
I've been using this product in conjunction with Dr. Posner's eating plan for nearly a year and have lost nearly 60 pounds. I noticed after about 4-6 weeks that I no longer was even interested in eating carbs, and finding alternatives became easier and easier. The product helps significantly with controlling late night cravings. Highly recommend.

Curb your appetite boost your mood

This works!
I tried everything on the market since I was 13, and this product by far works. Retired, and getting fat, food is my BFF. This product helps control that.

Is it too soon to be disappointed? Its been a week and nothing so far
Its been a week and I've been waiting for this to "kick in" but so far nothing- I'm taking 2 each for lunch and dinner and 1 with lunch. I'm going to give it 1 more week to see what happens.
